Delete account

Directly in the app (immediate)

1. Open Ovulyx and sign in.
2. As the main user: Settings → Account → Permanently delete account.
   As a connected partner: More → Permanently delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately, with no waiting period.

Without the app, by email

You can also request deletion by emailing stubensport@gmail.com. Please write from the email address you registered with, so we can identify the account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

All data in your account, irreversibly:

• Account and sign-in data (email address, name, sessions)
• Cycle data, period and ovulation entries, diary entries, moods and notes
• Sharing settings, partner connections, reactions, shared to-dos and appointments
• Reminders and devices registered for push notifications

What is retained

Invoices and payment records for a paid subscription are kept by us or our payment provider Stripe for as long as statutory retention obligations require (usually 7 years in Austria). No other data is retained.

Don't forget your subscription

A subscription purchased on the website (Stripe) is cancelled automatically on deletion.
